Once we received your order, we will send u a notification email. If we did not reply your email within 48 hours, please resend your email.
**It is advised that customers clarify all doubts with us before any order is placed.**
-PAYMENT-
All payment are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Full payment is required. Currently, we only accept payment either via Internet Banking or ATM transfer. Methods of payment will be mentioned again in our email when we reply your order.
*We reserve the rights to cancel any order without prior notice if full payment is not received within 3 days the delivery order is sent.*
-DELIVERY-
All orders will be delivered through Pos Laju Malaysia. Delivery charge will be from RM4. Items will be sent to you within 5 working days after your payment is confirmed. An email notification will be sent to you once we deliver your order. We deliver to addresses within Malaysia only.
-SIZE REFERENCE-
All measurements are in CENTIMETERS (1inch = 2.54cm). Measurements are made when garments are placed flat.
-EXCHANGE POLICY-
All items sold are NOT refundable/exchangable/returnable. We take the precaution to check each item from suppliers to ensure only defect-free items are sold. In addition, measurements of the apparel are stated. Thus, exchange for another size is not allowed.
